INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE (IAT) SENSOR 1/2 INCORRECT VOLTAGE CORRELATION

Possible failuer P2199

• IAT Sensor 1 (Characteristic failure)
• IAT Sensor 2 (Characteristic failure)

Diagnostic Procedure using AutoHex II Scan Tool

• The CAN driver detects the bus off for a set period of time.

Test Conditions using AutoHex tester

• 3 sec after IG ON (II)
• 3 sec after the battery voltage becomes more than 10.050 V
• The battery voltage > 10.050 V

Clear Fault codes Conditions

• The CAN driver detects the bus off for a set period of time.
