DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER (DPF) EFFICIENCY BELOW THRESHOLD

Possible failuer P2002

• Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) penetration
• DPF Differential Pressure Sensor (output small side)
• Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Exhaust Pressure pipe (leak, blockage)
• Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Exhaust Pressure hose (leak, blockage)

Diagnostic Procedure using AutoHex II Scan Tool

• The DPF Differential Pressure is detected less than a specified value for a set period of time.

Test Conditions using AutoHex tester

• Continuously

Clear Fault codes Conditions

• The DPF Differential Pressure is detected less than a specified value for a set period of time.

MIL Status

• Check Engine Light ON
