Description of Fault code P0300

RANDOM MISFIRE

Possible failuer P0300

  • Fuel pump pressure
  • Fuel line clogged
  • Fuel filter clogged
  • Pressure regulator stuck open
  • EGR clogged jet, leak to atmosphere
  • VTEC pin stuck
  • MAP sensor character-istic shift
  • Carbon deposit on valves
  • Compression low
  • Insufficient fuel

Diagnostic Procedure using AutoHex II Scan Tool

  • The state that there is a major change in crankshaft revolution speed is detected.

Test Conditions using AutoHex tester

  • Engine running.
