OBD II Fault Code P0135 :

Description of Fault code P0135

A/F SENSOR HEATER CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION

Possible failuer P0135

  • A/F sensor heater harness open, short to ground or short to power.
  • A/F sensor heater relay malfunction.
  • A/F sensor heater fuse blowout.
  • A/F sensor malfunction.

Diagnostic Procedure using AutoHex II Scan Tool

  • A/F sensor heater driver detect open circuit, short to ground, short to power or driver overheat during predetermined duration.

Test Conditions using AutoHex tester

  • Engine running.
  • BATTERY voltage ≥ 10.5V

Clear Fault codes Conditions

  • A/F sensor heater driver detect open circuit, short to ground, short to power or driver overheat during predetermined duration.

MIL Status

  • Check Engine Light ON
